Hi

I need an explanation about nhl odd
I saw today in oddportal this :

Buffalo Sabres - Anaheim Ducks (Home/Away) (FT including OT) : 1.58 - 2.42 (decimal odd)

And

Buffalo Sabres ( Asian handicap -0.5) - Anaheim Ducks (Asian Handicap) (FT including OT) : 2.05 - 1.81 (decimal odd)

Where is the difference ?

Are you sure AH is including OT/SO?
At least pinnacle has AH -0.5/+0.5 for regular.

Basically if you take Buffalo -0.5 and the games is 4-4 after 3 periods, you loose.
If you take Anaheim +0.5 and the game is 4-4 after 3 periods you win.

But as i said, pinnacle has AH in regular.

Why i'm asking if is regular or OT/SO included?
Because after OT/SO you have a winner anyway and i can't see the point of AH.

If is only OT and not SO then is the same as pinny's regular.

In these cases your bet is divided into two equal wagers one on each number. In the first case if you were to bet $100 you would have $50 on over 5.5 and $50 on over 6 so you get a win and a push if the total lands on 6. In the second case you get a push and a win.
