He's saying that he wants them to change to East Coast time as default.

Yeah, adding 3 hours to times can be so annoying.

Actually, I'm not even joking ... I found it annoying annoying enough that wrote a GreaseMonkey script (so it's FireFox only) to fix the this for Bookmakaer, CRIS, and DSI.

              Download it from:

              To install:
To install, you'll need the the FireFox add-in GreaseMonkey. If you already have GreaseMonkey you can Adjust to Eastern Time. If you installed the previous the Bookmaker/CRIS-only version you should uninstall that.

If you don't already have GreaseMonkey visit the FireFox GreaseMonkey page, install the add-in by clicking the "Install Now" button, then restart Firefox and install from the above link.

(If you want to uninstall, go to Tools/Manage User Scripts, select "Adjust to Eastern Time", and click Uninstall.)
Despite the name, you can easily get it to work for other time zones by editing the script you can and changing the Time Zone Offset (e.eg., +3 for Eastern, +1 for Mountain, etc.)

It's not going to work properly between 2AM and 3AM on days when the clocks are changed.
