Saw about DSI's Holiday bonus this morning which actually is a pretty good deal, so I decided to give it a shot for the hell of it.

Went to Wal-mart, deposited VIA ** and came back to give them the details over live chat. Still hadn't had the $$$ credited to my account within four hours, so I went back on live chat just to check on it, and they said they'd try to recollect it, which they successfully did, so no problem there at all.

I went on to the chat again to request the bonus and this Diego character gives me all the rollover info and whatnot, and that's it.

I promptly go into the casino, click on Let it ride, see $100 as available, so figure alright, let's go ahead and blow this bonus, like I can fukkin roll this shit over 40X anyways.

I lose it of course, and go back and see my available balance as $0, you fukkin' kiddin' me? I realized what happened, and went on to live chat to explain, and have this exchange with Tony

CS Tony: the casino bonus is credited 24 hours after your request..
Me: yeah maybe Diego should have let me in on that vital piece of information
CS Tony: In this case we can not fix this, you played the real money and we can not credit it back, the casino bonus appear as a freeplay in a pecial tab...




Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else find this a tad bit ridiculous??? I mean first of all, who's idea was it to have the bonus be the same percent as the deposit??? Are you trying to get people to do what I did? I mean maybe I would have looked in this special tab for a freeplay bonus, but I don't see this special tab anywhere...does it only show up when there's money in it?

Well yeah, but I've had luck in let it ride, and really didn't care whether I lost seeing how it was a free-play, but those odds definitely bone you. But seeing how it was not actually a free-play, I do care.

It's been my experience that these offshore places have shady tactics. I asked for my freeplay at 5dimes and the CS rep sends me the link about deposit bonuses inste4ad. I thought they were the same thing. When he told me I wasn't eligible because I transferred money (less than what I deposited) I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor said the same thing that the word "redemption" in the instructions meant transfer.

I thought bullshit so the accounting manager looked it over and found that I was eligible. The CS rep and the supervisor were looking at rules for a deposit bonus which I didn't ask for in the first place and then fed me a line of bullshit about the transfer.

If they would have had good CS skills they would have realized I was eligible for Cash Back reward, not the deposit reward which I never asked for to begin with. Instead the supervisor just plain says "you're wrong" and I won't get money back. So they risk not giving me a couple hundred dollars and it will cost them any potential deposits I may have given them in the future which I will now not give them because of their shady dealings.

They will find ways for you to not get you the money you deserve.

They have a freeplay tab, so when you only saw $100 total there shouldn't you have known something was wrong. If you would have gotten the bonus obviously there would be more there.

man this is a great bonus they give a 25% freeplay and a 100% casino bonus. The casino bonus doesnt get credited for 24 hours and you have to get lucky enough to clear the requirements. but not to be offensive but books don't cater to people who deposit a 100 bucks man. this is a professional book. They are doing you a favor by excepting a 100 deposit **. This a biger pain for them. for you then to mess up and come on here to bash them over your 100 deposit. When this book deals with 100 of thousands of action a week is bs man uncalled for and not right. I have never had a problem with this book the customer service has treated me great and the cashouts always very fast.

This is not a BS thread.It's typical of the way they do business.Posted up with them for a postup contest elsewhere,was only going to put up enough for the contest until I read their page.They were offering 50% on a $600 deposit so I went to live chat to get wiring instructions and verify this bonus.After I get conformation on the bonus and sending instructions I sent the 6 bills.Lo and behold when my acct. gets credited there is only a 20% addition.Called and was told it was a mistake on their site and that was it.They got me once and that was their last shot,god knows what the surprise will be when I try to cash out.

That's a fair complaint, but it doesn't make this thread credible. This guy is calling out a clerk because he didn't tell him the bonus wasn't immediately credited. Then he lost money and blames the clerk.
