Is Jamaal Charles the best RB in the league?

Forget Peterson, Chris Johnson, and Mojo. If I could choose any RB for my team going forward it would be Jamaal Charles. I have no clue why KC is still splitting carries between him and Jones (22 for jones this week and 11 for Charles). The guy averages 6.4 YPC! That's the highest EVER for someone with more than 200 carries. This year isn't a fluke either, on his career he averages 6.0. I finally saw an article today on ESPN about Haley's inexplicable decision not to let this guy run wild on defenses, but I can't believe I haven't heard more. Are people in KC talking about this?
