What a joke...does Bookmaker really need "7-10" days to cash out via MB?

Before I got switched to BM (I was at Betcris before), their free weekly withdrawals (on Friday) would take no more than 20 hours via Moneybookers...

Now BM is giving me the "7-10 days" BS rule and I get the feeling they're delaying me on purpose. Betcris and Diamond would NEVER take more than a day to cash out my money and they're all part of the same group.

Why does BM feel the need to take their time?

I feel they just implement this the 7-10 processing rule as a sort of a leeway type thing, but who knows.

That's what the support agent keeps telling me over and over again.

I'm not blind, but I'm not stupid either.

I've been with CRIS and DIAMOND for 2+ years, and every time I request money on Friday, I get it before Friday evening. Just last week I was playing at DIAMOND, deposited some money on Thurs to bet a game I really liked, requested the withdrawal Fri. morning and got the money Friday night no hassles or delays.

Now I've been transferred to BM and somehow these punks think they can take their time...if they're all run by the same company, why do they not have the same efficiency? This morning I was told that my withdrawal was processed and I should get it by 8PM and now they tell me it's pending and still 7-10 days?

That is what it is BBD. It never takes that long. Just don't ask for a payout friday afternoon or the weekends. These folks take that time to themselves very seriously.

I know, I've been with CRIS/DIAMOND for 2+ years and they are always spot on no excuse. I never ask it on Friday afternoon (I requested the cash out at Friday 2:00AM), but once I did because they needed some forms and I didn't send it in the day before. This was at DIAMOND. I came on at 3PM (their cut off time), sent the forms in at 3:15PM, they had to verify everything and it was all finalized at 3:30PM. I thought I wouldn't get the free withdrawal since it was past the deadline, but I asked away anyways and the guy was nice enough to PROCESS IT FOR ME RIGHT AWAY. I got my money 3 hours later.

But that was at DIAMOND. These fools at BM obviously don't pride themselves in customer service and it baffles my mind how they can be run by the same company with such bipolar service.

As expected, my money didn't leave my account so I decided to gamble it (that's what they probably want me to do by delaying me) and I happened to profit 1.5x my withdrawal.

Do I have to initiate another withdrawal and pay the fee or will they honour the free Friday one I requested 22 hours ago?

When I opened the Fedex it was a check for $1900. I was kinda disappointed but figured the remaining $3K would follow soon. As of today they acknowledge the withdrawal but can't even give me a tracking number on it. Techincally today is only the 9th business day since I requested the cashout, but given that they can't even give me a tracking number as of 5:30 EST on the ninth day, i doubt I will have it on the 10th day.

My last cashout they split into two checks but put them in the same fedex.

I don;t know what is going on, but it's kinda baffling how they can get you part of your money in a few days and drag the rest of it out. Anybody know why they do this?

That is a bullshit rule. Those Sanchez's should be able to process those kind of withdrawals within the hour.

As far as the checks go, the shortest was 3 days and the
longest was 11 days for me, counting from the day they debited my account. They do seem to be taking a bit longer lately, for some reason.

I am sure they are jumping through a few hoops trying to get everyone paid in the current hostile environment (at least in the USA), but so far so good.

I haven't dealt with BM in awhile. Deposited today and made a bet the entire amount for a game on Friday, so if that wins, I'm planning on cashing out ASAP as well, so I'll let you know if I'm fortunate to be in that situation.

I'm not gonna say that Bookmaker is not a good book, because I think everyone gets paid (eventually) and they are generally on the up and up. But, an A+ rating should be indicative of near perfection.

This book is clearly inconsistent with payout times and has some issues splitting up payments and not telling the customer. Nine days after my most recent cashout I can;t even get a tracking number on $3K, which to me means it ain;t been sent yet.

Worse, they routinely take FOREVER to grade wagers to the point if most of your bankroll is on a 7:00 game you can pretty much forget getting your desired bet in on a 9:00 game or whatever, even if the first game ends 15 minutes before the next one starts. I've had wagers not get graded until the next friggin day here. This has apparently been a problem for a while based on previous posts in this forum.

Then, customer service will tell you if you deposit ** or Moneygram it will take 15 minutes, and 1.5 hours later your deposit won't be there. They will constantly blame ** or Moneygram but it's clearly a problem on their end, ** and Moneygram will verify the funds are ready for pick up damn near immediately.

A+ should be reserved for books that do not have these types of issues. My .02.

Exact same thing happened to me. Requested payout on Monday, March 10. Got a $1900 check (FedEx) yesterday, March 18. Still waiting on the second one.
