#4Intertops (SBR rated B+) currently has no outstanding complaints or any processing issues at this time. Plus the fact that they have been around for 25 years (online since 96), so you know your funds will be very secure.
They also seem to offer a very nice selection of payment solutions for it's U.S. customers (see below for the excluded U.S. states) which including **** & **********. Not to mention one free bank wire withdraw every calender month (check with your bank about incoming fees).
*Please note: Here is a list of the following states that they do not accept players from: Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin.
Below is the fine print on their $25 offer:
New customers whose very first sportsbetting wager is worth at least USD 20 will receive a free bet token to the value of USD 20. This USD 20 free bet token must be entirely wagered within 30 days. In order to be withdrawn, the sum of the free bet token must be turned over at least sixteen times in the sportsbook, otherwise the sum of the free bet token will be deducted from the customer's account before withdrawal. Only one free bet token per customer may be requested. Void bets and refunds do not qualify as money wagered. The Intertops.com rules & regulations apply
The one real negative I have about this book is that their software is just awful to navigate through.Comment -

I play at Intertops and they are a trustworthy brand. The one thing I do not like is their limits are annoying, $275 for sides and totals until just before the game, then $1100 max. When I see a great line, I want to hit it with more than that!! They also have late lines.
That being said, they grade very quickly, have decent service, and payout via bankwire within a few days with no fees! Overall I recommend them to small to intermediate bettors."You don't have a gambling problem...you have a LOSING problem!"Comment -
