I remember going to the Vikings games in the 70's. It was about 0 degrees F. I wore my Grandpa's coat with the fur lining over my regular coat and I was still cold. Why in the hell would anyone build a brand new stadium outside in Minnesota? Maybe since it's a college stadium they figure they will be done by the end of November.

I understand some people feel that football should be played outside. But I beg you to go to the game Monday night and tell me that's the best place for football to be played.

Bears were terrible in the snow last week. 33 is way too low for me to take considering slips from defenders are more likely ie theres potential for a lot of big plays tonight.

Final score will be 3-0. There is no way they can play football on concrete pavement in a blizzard. Also fade the Vikings and Bears next week (may lock some early lines) because the players will be beaten up after this game. Many lower body injuries.

I think the problem with this angle is that even turnovers will not turn to automatic 6 points. Like for example no one will be able to ruturn a fumble or a pick for a touchdown running on bedrock. So you would better be hoping for a bunch of FG's to be scored in blizzard conditions.

2-4 inches isn't 9 so it won't be as much a factor as wind and cold. And its not even that windy. I hope the total keeps dropping

Yeah the weather is not that bad. But this being an outdoor stadium I wonder how the snow drifts will affect the game. That 20 mph wind may be blowing the snow from the seats into the field.

I'd wait until a few minutes before the game starts to see the actual playing conditions ov TV before I make a play. For example if it snows during the day will they clean the snow from the seats before game time or will the wind be blowing it in on the field when the game starts.

snow drifts can suck but its cold enough that it'll be light fluffy snow and not icy or gross slushy which can be slippery. I still doubt that the actual snow will affect much. The way it could be limiting is if theres enough of it to blow around and cause visiibility issues. I think the crew can keep up with a few inches blowing around during the day from the seats though. And if its windy it won't create drifts on the field, just in corners and against the sides. The middle of the field will be clear
