wasn't really a stiff, i asked him if he would like to be in a bigger league first, i eventually would of paid the 1 k, not wanting
to possibly pay more. just would of took me a long time to pay him

Not sure how i can get a loan, but perhaps maybe some cash advances on a credit card if i can get any to accept me. they all turn me down though
