    Magic GM is Smart
Guy is admitting that he f-ed up originally in getting Vince Carter and getting rid of Turkoglu who is a good fit in this offense and I think will flourish again in the system he probably never wanted to leave.

So is the starting lineup now ....

Nelson, Arenas, Richardson, Turkoglu, Howard? Or do they stick Bass in as a starter and bring Turkoglu off the bench to make the 2nd unit stronger? Or does Arenas get talked into being the 6th man to preserve his fragility and Q.Richardson stays in the starting lineup when healthy?

Interesting day for Orlando. I give the GM credit though, without making any deals they were maybe the 4th best team in the East behind Miami, Boston and possibly even NY.

Richardson is a huge improvement over VC. Arenas will be the X factor to this trade. I think it's on him to become a professional basketball player for the first time in his life on an actual team.

If this group gels in the 2nd half, they've got the firepower now to go head-2-head with Boston and Miami.

Gortat will be missed, but I think to off-set not having a true back-up you'll see them utilize a lineup where Turkoglu or Ryan Anderson will "play" the 5. Think this trade signals that Orlando will be trying to win more with offense now and not be the half-court grinder they tried to be prior to these moves.
