As difficult as it was evaluating the thread to this point, due to the lack of comprehending the original question, we're currently at a dead heat here, not including my vote which is BK. So as it currently stands...

Good point, didn't even think about it... haven't done one before.

As for what I'm doing with this info... i have no f-ing clue... i just hate mcdonalds cheeseburgers and have always liked burger king cheeseburgers, and was thinking about it today when I was eating bk cheeseburgers for lunch. The question sometimes comes up. Should have just done the poll... oh well

BK is pretty good. The buck double is a good deal for something cheap. McDonalds is just awful, their fries aren't even any good now.

The OP was looking for the better burger between A vs. B, not which chain has the best cheeseburger. Bunch of ignorant ***** have no reading comprehension skills.

McDonalds has the better quality meat. Their burgers also taste better. Believe it or not, years ago McD's got out of the cheap, fastfood quality meals. They revamped their image and part of that was better quality meat along with healthier meal options, nicer storefront's and floor layout (even down to the tile). You can actually eat an affordable, decently healthy meal there.

BK's meat is dry. I never realized this until one day I had me a whopper from there. Went out with some friends right after that and went to Carls Jr. and got their famous star burger. I couldn't believe the difference. BK's whopper tasted like paper comparatively. I've been back to BK a few times b/c I grew up on it and used to enjoy the whopper but now the first thing I always notice is how dry they make all their burgers.

What's a burger without some entertainment! At Burger King a "fok yu" can sometimes be found on your reciept or you might even get killed by one of their employees. Burger King's been making the nightly news lately!

A McDonalds QP is better then BK cheeseburger and a BK Whopper is better then a McDonalds cheesburger.

So...comparing the QP to the Whopper I say Whopper, but comparing $1 cheesburgers Mcdonalds wins.

Wendy's has faded the last couple years...something about less grease on the fryer or whatever- used to be a time when you could lick that wrapper full of grease and cheese and it was just as good as the meal.
