I stayed at Caesars recently and would definitely recommend it. I was there for a concert, so the room was pretty expensive that weekend, but still worth it. I had some friends staying at the trop, trump plaza, and the taj. Trump plaza sucked. The rooms at the trop were ok, but the casino was a little older. Caesars casino was also a step above. The taj was kind of nice. The show was far away from the Borgata, but I have heard good things, but can't speak from experience. Hope that helps JJ.Comment -

I was in AC a month ago and I stayed at the Hilton, it was ok. I'd recommend staying at the Tropicana because there is alot to do there besides gambling. I had a bad run playing blackjack at the Hilton so i'd go somewhere else to play next time. If I was given a choice AC or Vegas, Vegas is the obvious choice.Comment -

The Hilton was cheap, it was $65 dollars a night accept for friday night and the weekend. The Hilton had so many restaurants closed until Friday and Saturday, the TV and Internet hook-up in my room was broken, and we had to change rooms and they didnt even send up a bell hop to help move our bags to our new room. I'd go somewhere else if I was to go back.Comment -

Best hotel on the boardwalk is Ceasars. Bally's is OK but you need to request the Garden or Dennis Tower. Hilton is OK, but a bad location (remote). If you are looking for hookers, they hang out in Ceasars and Showboat. If you are looking for free chicks and a party, then go to the Trop.
Off the strip, the best hotel is Borgata and Harrahs.
Check out Bare Exposure strip club (Pacific Ave. behind Trump Plaza). $20 admission, but BYOB
