This baby upstairs won't shut up.
My Tennants Daughter. Who is under 1 yr. Old has been crying hysterically for 15-20 minutes. Should I be concerned. Usually can't hear it but it is so loud I can hear it through my ceiling. I wonder if the other Teenage daughter is babysitting? Should I call someone or is it normal.

It is not normal for a child to be screaming bloody murder for that long. Does it sound like they are walking around the apartment or is the child screaming from the same location?

Just went up there and everything seems fine. They are trying not to cater to the kid. I may have underestimated the age. 1.5 years old. Could it be teething? IDK. They said they don't want her to get picked up every time she cries. They are sort of weird I don't like going up there unless I need the rent. They are Jehovah's Witnesses.

Yes, alert the authorities immediately. A baby won't stop crying, I'm sure they'll send a cruiser out immediately.
