Denver Broncos + points looks great next week

I don't think putting money on the Denver Broncos is a wise investment. Did you watch them last week? They were beyond horrible. And I don't think there any particular reason to think they'll be better this week.

I get the whole bounce back, fade the public, bet a team after a bad loss thing. But not Denver. They very well may have mailed it in for the year...

I wouldn't bet Washington with monopoly money. They are horrible.

Normally, I think Denver would be a good bet in this spot. Any pro athlete will be motivated to play a team that scored 59 on you a month ago. Plus, the motivation to knock Oakland from any playoff chance should motivate Denver to play hard.

Maybe a small play on the Broncos plus the points and ML. Raiders have let down a ton of times at home this season, including last out against Miami, where that terrible Dolphins offense scored 33 and could have scored 45 if not for missed FGs and Henne picks.

As I said, I get the bet a team after a bad loss thing. I do. But I don't think there is any way to know, after their performance last week, that the Broncos haven't mailed it in for the year.

No, just thinking most would be down on the broncos as expected.

But why would anyone be high on the raiders and laying almost a TD?

Almost a playoff team is a joke, they are as good as the broncos.

btw, I don't make bets till game time so its not a play yet. If it hits -7.5, -7, I'm already off it.

like broncos here vs the raiders. as much of a joke the broncos are the raiders being favored by a touchdown is just as much of a comedy act. good luck i would side the broncos as well.

I don't like the play here. Raiders defense has started to gel this season they have a bad qb which is why they are so inconsistant. I like the raiders here it's tough to play in Oakland. And If Arizona can crush them anyone can. Travel home back to Denver enjoy the snow then back all the way to Oakland. Mcfadden over 125 rush yards

I can't put my money on a team that I can't even say I think is gonna get 2touch downs

I'm not...but if you liked the Raiders, it might be because they beat the Broncos 2 million to nothing last time? And it doesn't look like Oakland has mailed it in. And they're at home.

last blowout? that makes it all the better in my eyes.

Its no lock or anything just too many points to give oakland.

My locks last week were SD and SF. This is like a 63-68% play if line stays good.

There's probably better games to bet on like NO/BAL, but its still almost a week to go.

Maybe Broncos will start Tebow.

Oakland's defense is the real deal. They get after the passer and can force a team into bad situations. I don't necessarily like the Raiders, but I certainly put hard earned money on a team that has given up.

The ONLY reason not to dive the Raiders is the line is only 6 1/2, should be 7 1/2 - 8.
Get destroyed by Arz., a team that already gave up under Anderson. New QB gave them hope.
Trap line makes Denver an interesting pick if you have to play. imho

Denver has and probably always been a team you can't bet on or against. Each week they secretly gather in a dark basement and flip the sacred coin that John Elway dropped right before the superbowl. Legend has it if the coin lands in the same exact position they play for real.

The sad thing is Josh McDaniels traded it for a two sided coin of the wrong face and tim tebow. He swore he got the better deal. I don't know...

What I do know is always fade a broncos game period.

Sheesh, both the Broncos and Skins are tough reads.
I like both teams plus the points this week... 2 good rivalries. These are normally automatic plays, but Denver's QB situation is terrifying if Orton can't go and the Skins possibly going with Grossman is terribly scary. I'd wait on both of these lines as loooong as possible before making a decision. If McNabb and Orton go - then I will definitly be playing these games (although I have a feeling only 1 covers).

Well the broncos suck against the run and KC can run the ball well, this should be easy....
