            I have been managers at several book the first email might be that you by mistake or on purpose thats your deal charged back a credit card deposit.

            Contact the site and ask them if there have been any problems with any deposits youve put through lately

              That 2nd one is definitely a scam that I would not even think about contacting...doesn't creditwagering have information on you such as DL #, SSN, Etc.

                  Then I would still contact the site and ask them whats going on...
                  Im sorry im a bit sleepy and had a few beers.. lol missed on the heading credit wagering.

                  Just back off credit wagering. no good can come of it .. trust me i know.
