Hello players! Monday got the books headed south in a hurry with New England and over coming in to bury the books and exposing the Jets as a quarterback-less team.
Tuesday, a few hoops where the house picked up small wins on Charlotte +1 ½, Washington +14, and Syracuse +4 and lost with Kansas 11 and Old Dominion -7 to make a little bit back from Monday.
Wednesday the players got the upper hand in baskets winning with Boston -8, Oklahoma City -5, and Miami -1 while the house won with the Clippers +8 ½.
Thursday the books got a lucky cover on Tennessee +3 to help them to a winning night; the house lost the total, of course, any time an isolated game (Sunday night, Monday night, Thursday night) goes over the players will usually come out on top, it’s human nature to play over and so far human nature has done ok this football season.
Friday was a blah day. The players won with Indy -6 and the Heat -8 ½ while the house picked up a win on the Bulls +1 ½.
Saturday the players won small with Navy -7 ½ and the house won small with the under 52 ½ to push on the Armed Forces battle. A long busy day of college hoops with no big swings, the house won a couple of big ones with Wisconsin +1 ½ and Kentucky -13 and the players had their wins too with Nebraska -8 and Providence -5 ½ to push around the day in the baskets.
Sunday the house won with Detroit +6 ½, Arizona +4, and Dallas +4. The players won with new England -3 (exposed the Bears as pretenders like the Jets), Atlanta -7, New Orleans -9, San Diego -10 and the over (of course) Sunday night to wash around the day. If Philly had covered last night the players would’ve had a monster day but luckily they did not. A long week ended with a little bit of hay for the house.
