BREAKING: Virginia judge rules parts of health care reform unconstitutional

By: CNN Supreme Court Producer Bill Mears

Washington (CNN) – A federal judge in Virginia has ruled parts of the sweeping health care reform effort led by President Obama to be unconstitutional. This is the first federal court to strike down the law, contradicting other recent rulings the law was permissible. The key issue of contention was the "individual mandate" requirement that most Americans purchase health insurance by 2014.

You are an epic retard JJ. I think the public school system failed you horribly. Here is some food for thought you mindless monkey.

" The conservative agenda is about the most massive transfer of wealth from ordinary people to the elite since the 1920s. The conservative agenda leads to more crime. The conservative agenda is about subordinating our sovereignty to global corporate interests – including the sale of our key assets to foreigners – and to the foreign policy agenda of another country. "

                  Sounds familiar Fuk Face?

It's just criminal that all these other crappy countries have a health care program, and the United States doesn't.

We have a healthcare system in place right now. 95% of the people who are enrolled pay for the 5% who get sick.

                            Unconstitutional?

But how can this be? Obama is a constitutional scholar. He has been recognized as such in all 57 states.

Yes, huge blunder. A guy that George W appointed decided it was unconstitutional. Who could have possibly seen that coming?

What's the big deal? TWO federal judges have ruled it constitutional. This ruling doesn't impact shit. Only the Supreme Court's decision matters.

News outlets have noted that Hudson, as an owner of Campaign Solutions, Inc. (a Republican consulting firm that worked the 2010 election cycle for John Boehner, Michele Bachmann, John McCain, and other GOP candidates who've placed the purported unconstitutionality of health care reform at the center of their political platforms) had a conflict of interest inasmuch as he has received between $32,000 and $117,000 from Campaign Solutions as a result of its work on this issue.
