Does any team have a 1 seed LOCKED up?

If Memphis and Tennessee are seeded in the top 4 nationally and UCLA is not, what choice would the committee have?

The committee takes more liberties with seeding than they do location, imo. Thats why i have UCLA as the largest lock of the 1 seeds. UCLA will be in the West regardless of how they perform at the end of this week.

Memphis and UNC due to lack of competition in their conferences and the fact that they are on top of everyone's polls as it is.

While I don't think they will do it, if Georgetown wins the Big East Tourney I think it would be robbery not to give them a #1 seed.
