OK the roof didn't collapse. It just caved in because it's inflated. It appears it's punctured but didn't collapse.

over the Vancouver landmark and a giant hole in the city's skyline.

This is going to be a free game to attend because they will not have enough time to print out tickets ... watch and see ... same thing happened in San Diego a couple of years ago, the surrounding area was on fire causing bad air quality forcing the game to be moved to Arizona and the tickets were FREE

1/2 million of us were evacuated (I went to condo on the beach)...fricking mess.
