    Unders in the snow?
If you took all unders on the east coast games that are looking for bad weather, would you come out ahead?

It works both ways, news. Sometimes bad weather causes turnovers, special teams goofs, unusual field position, etc. It can make it tougher for the defense to make stops.

All anyone needs to think back to is the Pats-Titans game last year. Was 'over' the total by halftime.

Wind will be a bigger factor than snow.

This is true, nut. High winds can mean less passing and more grinding it out with runs. Can have big effects on kicks also.

Exactly was pokernut says think candlestick park for instance. The higher the wind especailly at wierd angles the worst it is for the total especailly against teams that like to throw. As for cold weather with few exceptions like the west coast & florida most teams do come from where it snows so they can handle it.
