I've always asked myself what kind of a person becomes a bookmaker. Is it genetic handed down from your father the faith in which you find bookmaking, or is it just rich people who are thinking outside the box.
I know betting is socialy acceptable in england and various other places in the world but in america many people see gambling as a sin. Pretty ironic that this makes you in the same territory as a drug dealer or a bum according to society.
Is a bookmaker more likely to become a bookmaker because of family ties and acceptance in this day and age or is it just people that think at a higher level?
