    Biased WASP media
When Obama wins a state that is 50/50 black and white people they say it's because of the black vote he won but when Clinton wins a 90/10 white black state they don't say it's because of the white vote she won.

I am Caucasian in case someone is interested. I don't consider myself white.

I think the main reason is that blacks are voting at a record-shattering rate in this primary

      What source are you quoting?

Regardless, I think there definitely needs to be some kind of accountability requirement of truth in the various media in this day and age. We've got the technology to accomplish this, easily. Let's make it happen. Problem is that the powers that be got there with deception and control of the liars media, why would they want to change that system? It's a broken world, and there is nothing but negative rewards for anyone that wants to fix it. We are all doomed, by definition.

Just read any newspaper or online website. How do they know what people are voting? Last I heard the election is on a secret ballot. Many whites are voting for Obama because of his white mother not because of his black father. Noone seems to have a clue anymore. Most reporters are idiots. They couldn't tell the difference between a fission atomic weapon and a fussion atomic weapon if you made them watch both detonations on live TV.

theyre called exit polls, have been a part of election reporting since election reporting has been going on. people leaving the voting booths are randomly asked who they voted for, these exit polls are extremely accurate, you don't need a huge sample size to get accurate results

You did not understand my question. When Hilary won Ohio by a couple percentage points in a state that has only 13% blacks the media did not report that she won because of the white vote. You will think that if 87% of voters are the same skin color as you that it is easier to get 52% of the votes but no news media put any emphasis on that as when Obama wins a state which has a bigger percentage of blacks than 13%. He also won Wyoming who the only dark skin creatures in the state are buffalos.

Press does usually mention that Obama has won mostly white states, starting with Iowa.

And that mrs Clinton usually gets the "white working class vote."

Many of them are very uncomforatble with the designations.

But it's also correct that the Clintons, the great benefactors of black america, have played the race card throughout the primaries. Starting with "the first black president's" end run appeal to racism in the S. Carolina primary.

Clintons are desperate to get back to Washington. Maybe Bill looks forward to hiring fat girls with big mouths as his personal assistants.

I'm a lifetime member of the republican party but I like McCain's chances with Obama instead of Hilary. If Hilary pulls this together McCain is guaranteed to lose the election because the blacks, women and white democrats will be against him whereas with Obama as an opponent he will win easily.

I had to laugh at a comment i heard on the news the other night. The lady said blacks were voting for obama and women were voting for clinton so this election would be decided by the white man. Glad to know i finally might get to decide an election

McCain will win regardless of whether it's Hillary or Barrack. There's no way the conservative voters will consider a woman or a black for a second. But, some liberals & many moderates could cross over to McCain.

Barrack seems to do his best in the "swing states" of the upper midwest, so that's why he's considered to pose the bigger problem for McCain. NY, CA, east coast will be blue & the southern states will be red no matter what next November just like the last few elections.

Step right up if you want to bet McCain....The Democrats (should) landslide the Republicans in this election. Every statistical predictor is in favor of the Democrats. If the Democrats don't win it will be because 1) they just flat out suck or 2) the election is rigged.

I concur with this. And also that Obama will be a much tougher oppenent than Hillary. She has high negatives among both Repubs and Indys, and also some Dems.

I know an old guy, lifelong Dem, who won't vote for either a woman or a black for prez, so he'll be sitting out the election.

But many whites, the educated ones who are often classed as "independents" have shown strong for Obama, and while white working class Dems do prefer Hilly, they will not likely vote in any numbers for McCain - they know well who the enemy is.

Most of the states Hill has won will be in any case won by Obama in the general. (NY, NJ, Calif). But Obama has a real chance to cut McCain's normal edge in both the West, Midwest and some southern states.

However, if Bush helps McCain by starting another Great Patriotic War (complete with a ton of bullsh*t propaganda, like the last one) the emotional electorate may be conned once again.

                          1) Independets are decidely looking toward the democrats
                          2) The economy is piss-poor/fear of recession
                          3) The incumbent is wildly unpopular
                          4) The war is wildy unpopular

Any Republican who can win in this type of environment should have a statue carved of him at Mt. Rushmore even before he begins his presidency.

                          Oh and,

                          5) The Republican nominee is unpopular with his own base.

The longer the fight goes on between Billary and Obama, the better chance McCain has. I wouldn't bet against McCain getting it. I think its his to lose.

This was also the case in 2004. Who won?

McCain is many times more likeable than GW. McCain is at least twice the speaker than GW. McCain has much better experience than Bush. McCain is better than Bush in every way, why can't he be elected when Bush was able to do it under very similar circumstances. It'll take something remarkable to beat him.

What kind of odds would you lay against McCain, BB? The way you sound, you are comfortable laying at least 2 to 1.

McCain will be the perfect president to counter attack Putin. He will not back down and he will attack Russia unprovoked because he is bitter from the torture he received by the Red Army in Vietnam prison camp.

With the republicans in control, we'll constantly be in everyone else's business, ignoring our own messes. My only hope is that McCain sticks to his liberal base as he's done over the years. As a liberal, I guess if I had to pick a Republican to be president, it would be McCain. But if he's elected, it wouldn't suprise me if we saw WWIII the way those crazy right wing hawks operate...
