My Sports thread has an ugly departure...

Well, perhaps the most followed thread in the history sports forums has been closed. I cant say I blame the mods. The thread took a really ugly turn after the Indy win with the failed cover.

I hope that we can all take a step back and see this for what it really is. I hope that we can all take a step back and re-commit to the intended purpose of these threads. These forums are for us to share information and take money from the books. Anything else is irrelevant.

I respect both juggernauts for different reasons. My only comment on that issue is that the internet and SBR is certainly a big enough medium for both to co-exist.

You want a friend? Get a dog. Maybe just maybe, personal attacks can be left at the door going forward. They truly are counter intuitive.

^^^^^the whole thing was petty and childish when I went to bed and was horrified to see it continue on through the night.

For me, this is all about taking my book's money. Nothing else.
