A pretty common request. Maybe search youtube for video tutorials on how to setup a gambling operation, followed by more tutorials on how to become a crime boss in 3 easy steps. Also you could try talking to Johnny V over on 7th and Lane, he's an old school guy with the street smarts to get you setup and on your way to the top.
