BingoOnTheBox.com is a scam website involving fraud and cheating customers. I’d like to share my review about this website and warn other users against playing in this site.
I have registered for an account on the 20th of November 2010 and made an inital deposit of £50, and played a bit in their games and came to withdraw the money, however my funds were returned to my account balance because according to their terms and conditions:
• Withdrawals are not allowed within 14 days from first deposit. If a BingoOntheBox.com’s player’s account has not been funded with a cash deposit, he/she is not eligible for winnings earned from promotional bonus Credits or any form of promotional money.
So I had to wait 14 days which is VERY UNUSUAL (red flag) for a website that should respect itself and its clients – normally all other gambling websites process withdrawals within days and never ask you to wait 14 days!
But then I read the terms again just to make sure that’s the only requirement, but surprisingly it isn’t! Take a look:
• Players are required to complete an acceptable amount of gaming activity (defined as meeting the wagering requirements) before qualifying to request a withdrawal. Wagering requirements are defined as follows: 2 x (Winning prior to first deposit PLUS value of first deposit) to be wagered on bingo.
This site is literally forcing you to play with your own money that you deposit!!!
Normally casinos and other websites will ‘force’ you to play if you take a bonus from them, but this site is doing the other way around!
So I contacted a person in that website called ‘Faz’ and I told him that is ridiculous you’re forcing people to play with their own money and he made some checks and told me it’s okay, all I need to do is to wait the 10 days and then get the withdrawal processed. He told me he tried and he managed to “bend the rules for me”. I told him the fact he tells me this over the phone isn’t sufficient and I’d like to get it by email as well, so he sent it to me by email:
Kindly be advised you will be able to withdraw your funds successfully after 14 days of your first deposit.
Your currently need to wait 10 more days.
The funds are currently in your bingo account and can be used on any of our fantastic games.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter.

However 10 days afterwards I tried to make a withdrawal and that wasn’t successful. They said I still need to play with my money! That is totally a lie and fraud! Faz told me literally that I would be able to make a withdrawal and this website is lying to me in my face claiming that he has never said that!
I sent this bit of email to them and told them that they are liars and they never responded to my email!! I called them over the phone and they tried to convince me that Faz never meant to say that or it’s impossible for him to say something like that and I told them they are just bunch of liars and greedy people that would do anything to steal money from their customers in a very disgusting way, they are liars and they are one big fraud!
By the way, I only spoke to Faz once, I tried to call them every day, they always told me a different story (he would be available tomorrow, next day etc but he's never there!!)
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, THEY WILL USE ALL THE TRICKS IN THE BOOK TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY FROM YOU!!!!
