Anyone ever been on a helicopter tour?

Going to be in Vegas Jan 14-17th. Bunch of friends are talking about taking a helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon.

Only problem is, I'm afraid of heights. I can take a plane ride relatively easy though.

Is a helicopter ride much worse than an airplane? Anyone ever done this?

I flew in a helicopter before. It's very loud but the ride is smoother than a plane because it goes slower.
