I will play anyone for $150 a hole. However, I'm a 17 handicap'er so I will require a half a stroke a hole. For smaller stakes I can play straight up. I dont mind losing a $50. But if i'm going to be hustled for a couple of dimes I want a chance.

Yea, John is right no sense in a 17 hc playing straight up against a 5 hc for 150 a hole.
