-10000 ML fav parlay

i know most of you think betting on a ML favorite at -10000 just isnt worth the risk of losing so much...but the past few weeks ive been betting $1000 on a 3 team moneyline parlay with favorites of that value, the win is only $30...to me its almost like a guarantee win because they so highly favored but before i keep on doing this and end up losing $1000 i wanted to ask you all how many times that you have seen an underdog like that win? and if possible how could i backtest this to see how many times it has happened in the past few years, thanks for you help!

They had a ML contest last year and I took the biggest ML favorites and was destroyed in 3 days.

ive seen big favorites lose but never one that high thats why i was asking...and yea i have a bad feeling i will end up losing one soon

Agreed, the EV on those things is absolutely horrible.

For every time one of those teams loses, you need 100 wins to break even. You will get destroyed in the long run. I know it seems like a free lunch but there are no free lunches. Stay away from those things.

LOL I used to do that all the time until I got burned. Trust me it's not worth it. You might be able to steal one every now and then but don't make a habit of it.

LOL yea ive won 6 so far so i guess im just gonna take my profit and run, i would be pissed off losing that much over so little
