It was pretty obvious this would eventually happen. Since that 6-0 start the Broncos had last year this team has failed to do anything since.

Managing only 3 wins this year missing the playoffs back to back years. It was time for a change in Denver. Who's next?

Has a Belichick disciple ever succeeded? I know Crennel, Weis and now McDaniels haven't and Mangini is by far a success story. I think it shows that Belichick was a puppet master to those guys. Without him they are worthless.

In terms of personell decisions...
Running Cutler out of town
Giving away the WR.
Trading for Brady Quinn and giving away Hillis (with Moreno unable to stay healthy)

have all been worse decisions than drafting Tebow may or may not prove to be...

His decisions were awful. I guess Cutler was right about the guy when he didnt want to speak to him when they were going thru their conflict. Brandon Marshall was soon to follow. Now McDaniels has no job, and cant go back to Bellichek either.
