Use some of your pull to have that animated avatar ban reversed, that is quite a silly rule for any forum to enforce. They all fit well within the size restrictions, so it seems pedestrian to limit what posters can have in their avatar. I think sometimes management forgets we the posters bring traffic to this forum, it's something that's been voted on ONCE and more people were in favor of retaining animated avatars. At least run an official poll and sticky it to let more people vote on it.
