How can the Bucs win the south --- Well they need to beat ATL first and thats still up in the air, but if they do ---

TB: wins @Wsh, vs Sea, vs Det and it 11-4 (3-2 Div)
NO: wins vs STL, @ ATL and loses @Balt and is 11-4 (4-1 Div)
ATL: wins @ Car, @Sea and loses to NO and is 11-4 (3-2 Div)

They would need ATL to lose to Carolina and Tampa to Win week 17. If Atlanta and TB are tied after that ATL wins due to like-team record.
