He is not done. He knows the D is ass so he overcompensates throwing to guys he thinks will be open in his mind before they are even open. He used to do it all the time earlier in his career. Colts need Bigger DT's and LB's first and need to add beef to the O Line. That's why as a Colts fan I hope they miss the playoffs. Management will keep the same philosophy if they make the playoffs.
