Never understood why Pinnacle does not offer re-up incentives. Why not reward loyal players? Many other A books offer re-up bonuses so why can't they? Reduced juice is nice but there are many books that provide reduced juice and still offer bonuses as well.

low juice is their "bonus"
other than the exchanges which books offer juice as low at Pinnacle?
