Still have not decided. At the moment I lean Auburn; it just feels like it's their year.

Going to lay the points with Auburn or I will tease them. I really can't see Auburn losing but I'd say they have a 60% chance of covering.

Most of the intangibles lean in Auburn's favor, including S. Carolina never having been in this championship before, Cam Newton's overwhelming confidence, and the game being more like a home game for Auburn than the Gamecocks. And as much as I like him, somehow I just don't think Spurrier has his team in the right mindset going into this game. He doesn't have his usual swagger and he's not building up his team like he used to with the Gators...they're just sort of floating out there without a rudder, and I think deep down in their hearts the Gamecocks players are probably a little intimidated by the magnitude of the game.
The better team should win this game, and the better team, hands down, is Auburn. If your playing the Gamecocks, you have very little room for error on Saturday. A lot more upside on the Tigers.

I think will be close game. SC barely lost at Auburn, in neutral field, and with Spurrier, go with SC.

Gotta go with Auburn. They're playing with confidence right now against a team that they already beat (albeit barely)

I almost think USC ML is better value. As a HARDCORE Gamecock fan, I feel like we either win this game or lose by a TD or so (i.e. not covering the spread). I really don't see us losing by a FG. Maybe if the game was tied and Auburn came down late to kick the game winning FG, but if a team does that, I think it's USC.
There is a certain confidence about Spurrier this week that is hard to put into words. Just don't be surprised if the Gamecocks are celebrating at midfield around 7:30 tomorrow night. I will have tears in my eyes if that happens, but I think we have more than a puncher's chance going into this game tomorrow.
I can certainly understand why people would bet Auburn, though. It's a very tough game to handicap in many ways, and the cappers have been wrong about South Carolina more times this year than any team in the country. Should definitely be an entertaining (and nerve racking) game!

Gentemen...it's game day and we depart for the game in T minus 3 hrs and 15 minutes...WDE
This is going to be a helluva game with all the different storylines that are going on:
"*The controversy surrounding Auburn quarterback Cam Newton, which has subsided just a little with a controversial ruling by the NCAA that he is eligible.
*Auburn having a shot to play for its first national championship since 1957 and perhaps getting payback for 2004, when the Tigers went 13-0 and didn’t a chance to play for the crystal football.
*Auburn having a chance to give the SEC its fifth straight national championship.
To those good story lines you add the return of Steve Spurrier–The Head Ball Coach–to the game for the first time in 10 years. He won it six times as a Florida Gator and now has the Gamecocks in Atlanta for the first time ever.
If Spurrier wins he would have seven SEC championships and would be second on the all-time list only to Alabama’s Bear Bryant.
This is great stuff. The game? If South Carolina can run the ball a little bit, then this will be a nail-biter until the very end. And there is something special about this Auburn team, which has rallied from double-digit deficits four times this season to win. The Tigers won’t fall behind by double digits but it will fall behind and then rally in the fourth quarter."
It's going to be tight but I am running with:
AU -5 (1x) AU +1 / Over 55.5 (2x)
War Damn.
See ya in Arizona!

Stephen Garcia always does his best to mess up a solid bet with his turnovers. He's burned me quite a few times.
