Dealt with him before, much better guy than he gets credit for..can be a prick if your messing with them or trying to take advantage.

Would suggest in the future you get your giggles elsewhere..or risk losing access to a fine book.

This verifies that Tony should have his own sticky thread with all his classic quotes. When he produces another one, we just add it to the stack. as we have stated before, 5pennies is for the "bet your lunch money crowd". Tony is looking for squares and he will be glad to take your pocket change. No serious player with a clue can stay there long. But for tony's market niche, he is the best.

I agree - you shouldn't treat a customer like this, but why weigh down the limited customer service resources these books have with a host of meaningless questions?

I read on here somewhere that Tony used to be a rather successful sports bettor, and then he decided to start his own book. Maybe that's why he's just an ass at times, who knows. We don't really know the other side of the story, though.
