There are many media outlets, rankings, etc., etc. to aid the U.S. punter in deciding what shops to play with, and the object of these ratings is to help those punters possibly decide who they should be playing with, or not play with..........but as mentioned, it is one of many outlets available to aid the U.S. based punter.
