Whenever I smoke before athletic competition, which I don't do always just sometimes- it doesn't change my demeanor at all...the first time I did it I was a little slower in my thought process but after that I was all good.
My high school QB who got a major D1 scholorship smoked before every high school game and i'm sure in college also...he was unbelivable
And I know for a fact many pro athletes smoke before games...and we all know many use off the field

In conclusion, I think it depends on the individual...but my studies have shown it does not decrease the will to win

I think it just matters for the individual and how they handle it. I guarantee you that I could hang out with you all the time, and be high half the time and sober the other half and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Each person is different though.

Another point: weed can actually make you focus better on things sometimes. I know when I play pool high I am better and can visualize my shots better than when I am sober

Most "druggies" past their early 20's get high just to get normal. People have no idea when I'm stoned. (I'm a clear eyes/visine junkie, so that helps)

Used to smoke every morning before gameday morning meetings....Then about 20 minutes before game pop some pills. That being said, I haven't smoked at my house or around town in about 4-5 years. But on vacation or out skiing in Colorado, I will.
