I have yet to time fading a capper and havn't bothered to.
But to diasgree that every single bettor and capper is prone to lengthy losing or winning streaks is insane.
Streaks are part of the nature of this, if you time it right you could make money fading someone on a bad streak just like you can riding someones winning streak. Common sense really.
My guess is if you faded every post with GOY, GOM or Lock in the heading over the past year you would be up.

Wrong. Obviously if you fade a loss you win. Thanks for that gem. But you have no way of knowing the outcome of a game or stretch of games ahead of time. Just because a guy loses 10 out of 12 doesn't mean he has a higher chance of losing than he normally does. A 48.5% standard square will pick 48.5%. That means his games have a 48.5% chance of winning whether he's "cold" or "hot." Streaks are just products of variance, not an actual change in win %.
As for your GOY, GOM, Lock comment, you are wrong again. Those picks are typically issued by total squares and at their absolute lowest win maybe 48% of the time. Not enough to fade, sorry.
