Well I was talking with a woman that work there and the manager inturrupted the situation and was like if you're not asking for help than you need to end the discussion with her... I was like damn...I felt sorry for the worker.. She should of felt like a slave!!

I got 4 guys fired last year from stores

I went to Kohls 4 months ago and wanted to use bathroom and guy said no, i said go fuk yourself you gay fuk and then I gave some 15 year old kid $20 to go tell manager that the guy working in clothing section was selling you cigarettes

They fired his fukkinn ass in 2hrs

At first I was siding with you. It doesn't make sense for a manager to discourage the workers from answering a customers questions. However, it sounds like you were just chatting with your friend while they were working so if you are the boss, you have a right to be a little upset. I don't think the manager handled it the right way but when you talk to friend's at work, you gotta at least pretend to be a customer interested in buying something. Was the store crowded at the time? I know as a customer when I go somewhere and see one register open with a big line and other employees just standing around talking it makes me wanna just leave the store.
