The mods do a great job staying out of the SBR posters way but they are there if things go too far. Maybe too quickly for some and too slowly for others but they do a great job trying to walk that fine line imho.

don't get me wrong here johnny i like sammy, he personally has been a great help to me for a myriad of problems.

but i've heard similar stories from other posters as well. maybe, like you said, they interpret his actions to be too preemptive. Maybe they share the BTJ short fuse on these situations.

but from my experience with him, he's been nothing but stellar.

Sam gave me an infraction last October. At first I was pissed but did not let it be known. Then when I won a bodog t-shirt it was sent to me. I took the return address and looked it up on google. Its a corner lot. A spanish house. I was going to phuck somebodys world up and they wouldnt have had a clue why or who with all the infractions they hand out. Still have the address in case of a permanent ban. But I thought about it. I was out of line and Sam was just doing his job. I just have a problem with people who have authority and abuse it like the pigs patrolling our streets. But Sam is a nice guy from what I've seen. Just forget about it Beantown. Its not worth it. I love this place and they let me get away with more than anybody has.

What he would do is past post books that would leave games up late. If his bet won he would take the money like nothing happened, when his bet lost he would try and scam the book back out of the money he bet by saying his wager was made after the game. That's what happened with Cascade. Yeah Lenny ended up being scum himself but what Beaner did was wrong, he tried to hustle another book out of money by running to the forums and berating them until they paid.
