The other night I had the Lakers/T-Wolves under 108 for the half, and they scored 19 points in the last 90 seconds to go over by 2, so what's the difference? There won't be more than a couple games in the entire NBA that will score 19 points in the last 2 minutes of the FIRST HALF, but it happened and those who bet under took a bad beat.
