I sent cedrick 160 points and he only received 153, is this the new 1% transaction fee charge?

Most of the people who would feel that way probably haven't read exactly how the rake works.

1% Transaction debit per 100 in person-to-person volume. SBR Point balances will be debited 1% in 100 point increments for all person-to-person transfers. Points won in contests or transfer to Sportsbook and poker do not apply. If one user's balance cannot be charged the transfer fee without becoming negative, the rake will be withheld and charged for both parties on their next eligible transaction.

Oh ok so 1.6 points charged for both parties rounded up to 2= 4 points not 7. Might as well change it to 2%

Ced's Shadow has been doing player to player transfers but not paying rake, because every time rake has been owed (at each 100 point interval of volume), Ced has had 0 points.

Here is the history of points that Ced has had which counts for volume for rake.

11/29/2010
160 points = 1 point

9/10/2010
500 points = 5 points

8/29/2010
50 points = 1/2 point

8/21/2010
50 points = 1/2 point
