Was wondering if there is anything similar in the nba along with cbb? The question is how some people use YPP In the NFL and college football, is there a certain way of using stats to get either over and under or sides using something similar to the YPP used in the nfl?

Example would you be able to use the NBA'S points per point and determine somewhat of a projection on how much teams will score along with totals over/under?

Any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance
