swede, let your boy know that only a complete assclown would get a patriots tattoo on his shoulder. or anyhwhere for that matter. girls,please keep the tats very very small. they can be sexy if in the right place but anything bigger than a quarter or so is just trashy.

Mine are a little bigger than a quarter, but they're tasteful....as for my dude: he's been a fan his whole life. He's had season tickets and has been at just about every home game since he was a kid. I don't fully understand it, but the team will always be his first love. There's a lot of sports fans out there like that. If he wants the tattoos, let him. At least he's not going and getting some gay tribal band because the rest of his friends did. Yes, I know there are some of you out there...even YOU must feel a little gay about it now.

i suppose a logo is the lesser of the 2 evils. cracks me up to see skinny ganster wanna be white kids get those bands around their bicep. it just makes you laugh. i should have said silver dollar instead of quarter but you knew what i meant. anything big and noticeable on a chick is just a turnoff. to me at least. i guess some like it because they assume a chick has tats, she is probably really outgoing and more importantly....easy. haha

Unfortunately, that's what most people think!

That is the very reason I kept mine small and hidden. Like I said before, if you saw me at the beach, you'd only be able to see the one on my foot. The other ones, I have been told (by my boyfriend), are a little, hot suprise.

When I went to get my second one, my friends wanted us all to get lady bugs on our boobs. I stood my ground. There is NO WAY in hell I would go there. I think that's trasy...and the guy at the shop agreed. He said a little tat peaking out of a shirt might be a little sexy, but when you see the whole boob it's a big mess. He's my hero.

I see some people on this board a bit apprehensive towards body art
I am not into piercings but got quite a few tats myself more like 80 % of my body hands , neck , sleeves etc and I consider myself a good person , although I dont deal with much drama at work since Ive been working at books for about 8 years but still the stigma never goes away i just see it as a hobbie and a way of art its not for everybody and i respect it but hey then again i dont really give a rats ass what people have to say ! lol

Deuce your right I do get judged from time to time but not much everybody just looks at me like I am a crazy **GRINGO** aka american and thats all ..lol besides I am kinda proud to say I dont have jail tats I have spent over $20k in tattoos around the world with some of the best so people have learned to difference that , but thats besides the point.

In the 70s the hair the bell bottoms ** bashed on
In the 80s the mohawks , piercings *** bashed on
In the 90s the Huge pants , the rapper wear , the crooked hats **
Now tattops society is always going to find something they dont like in 20 years tattoos arent going to be the big the deal probably $2000 sex changes are ... then we are gonna be the tight asses bad mouthing and teabagging every dude that wants his dick cut off...hhehehe

Haha...maybe because I was smart enough to put sunblock on my face, but not the tops of my feet...or maybe you went to the BigBullocks Skool of Sooper Sloothing and I have tried to trick you al by posting feet that don't belong to me.

P.S. I know the nail polish is a little orange, but I was trying to be tropical for my cruise.

I have 4 designs in 5 locations.

1. my first tattoo ever is upper right arm. Welsh Dragon with the word "pride" in old english style letters. It was a design i always wanted to show my heritage and it started me off on the right foot and showed that they didn't hurt they were just a lil uncomfortable to get.

2. my second set were a pair of atom models with the electron orbits and instead of a nucleus "E=mc2" is in the center. They are both on the back of my arms about 1 inch above my elbows. They are design i came up with to remind myself that i can solve my own problems with my own will power. I drank myself out of college due to depression and i realized that it wasn't going well moved back home cleaned up and went back and finished.

3. I have the Legend of Zelda Triforce design modified a lil on my left inner arm about an inch above the bend. I'm a gaming fanatic and its one of my favorite games but it also is a symbol in different cultures for Power, Wisdom, and Courage.

4. My newest ink is on my right leg, inner calf. Its a heart design from another one of my favorite games. Then there is a quote from one of my favorite artists that archs over the top and the bottom of the heart.

I do have pics of these, but I am new to the site and have no clue how to post pics. But I think if you get a tattoo and it means something to you thats all that matters. It has to be something you never want to regret getting.
