Does Anybody Cover The Spread?

seems ike i take a lot of MLs and dogs , it just seems like you cant count on lakers or boston etc.... to cover ,cause the public makes the points go up all the time[so you have to buy points , i must have been losing alot without sportsbooks to buy points with -----has anybody did research on the ratio of favorites to dogs coverin? what sport has the most dog?

There was a thread somewhere that had the exact numbers on taking the fav all the time compared to the dog all the time. I think fav's were 51%? Anyone have the link?
