What a weekend of Gambling ...

Yesterday, I put $1000 on BC with 10 1/2 points ... thought it was in the bag early (and was kicking myself for not betting the ML), until NC came back ... won by 1/2 point ... up +952

Then, bet $1000 on Washington ML +125, who won rather comfortably ... another $1250 in the hopper ...

Going out that night, I put $1000 on Southern Illinois, +210, and came home to see they won by 8 ... another $2100 in the hopper

Saturday = $4350 ...

Here came Sunday ... put $1000 on Cincy against the Friars, giving 4 1/2, went to OT and lost

Then, I put another $1000 on the Mavericks to beat the Lakers, ML +250 -- again, OT, and again, I lost

Down to $2350 in profits ...

Then, I put $1350 on the Seattle ML against the Timberwolves, +270 and, yes again, it went to OT ... this time, FINALLY, a victory on this day ...

Back up to almost 6K, give or take ...

Have another $1000 on Portland, +240 ML, and if they win I will have over 9,000 in the account, with over 8+ being profit ... if not ...

Still a pretty good weekend ... I am tired ... need a nap!

Nice weekend moneyline. I played that BC ML, and couldn't believe their collapse Saturday. Also had the Southern Miss ML, only to watch Memphis come from six down with ten to play and actually make free throw after free throw. The Texas Tech and Mississippi State MLs still made for a damn solid day, but just one of those two above would have really made it something special.

Funny, but the more research I do, the worse I seem to do sometimes ... whenever I'm picking a ML game between two bad teams or two good teams, and I do it off the cuff, it seems to work much better ...
