Matt - Poker Stars or Full Tilt?
What's best considering the rakeback at Full Tilt?

Rakeback at full tilt is good. The poker stars points give you stuff which you may or may not need. I love the swag and think the stars points are just as good as rakeback.

If you like waiting over 4+ days for a reply at Full Tilt, play there. Stars answers within 30 minutes most times. Full Tilt also has a bad reputation among a lot of high stakes players for their randomly freezing accounts and then taking days and sometimes weeks to let the player know what the hell is going on. They do pay but I don't think the RB is worth it considering, Poker Stars is worlds more of a solid choice even without RB.

there are advantages and disadvantages to both sites... If you put in enough volume get multipliers on points and don't mind getting stuff instead of cash pokerstars is a better deal... if you only play occasionally or want cash I would take the rakeback at fulltilt... I do agree that pstars' support seems to be way better then fulltilt...

Ive been on full tilt for years now and wouldnt consider changing. Ive played them all. Pokerstars included. I like fulltilts software better. Only thing I can say for pokerstars is that there are twice the number of players atleast. There are more games going. Higher stakes sit n gos fill up quicker.

they cheat you and then they pay you? hell of a deal... I noticed that when I click repetitively where the flop is going to appear while waiting for the flop I typically get better flops... Then again it might be just a nervous tick on my part out of boredom of playing too much poker and I only notice my habit when the flop comes my way...

If U follow poker 2+2 pocket5s ect, you would know that they are owned/corperate by the same people as absoulte poker. After that whole scandel with them No one really wants any part of those sites. No one trust these smaller sites,or putting money on these site period. So everyone is playing it safe Pokerstars, FTP basically. Ultimate Bet also has an many top players who think the same thing that happen at asp poker happen there too, Its under investigation right now.

Purely from a incentive point of view (ie rakeback and bonuses) I would avoid UB over the above two choices... You can get rakeback there along with very frequent bonuses but you only receive credit for play when contributing to a pot which makes bonuses and rakeback accumulate really slow...

Then you have their ties to AP along with the suspicions of high stakes players alluded by the poster above... While I don't you would have to much to worry about playing lower to mid-sized stack games it is something that has to be taken into consideration with developing an opinion of their reputation...

Sorry for the late and short response Raiders, but I find playing at Full Tilt a LOT better then poker stars personally. I like their software better, their tables, tournaments, etc...

Also, for me it is easier to send/receive money from....

Raiders, you should add me on msn or email me sometime...

UB is basically a sister site to Absolute Poker.

You can also transfer funds to and fro between them to your own accounts. They are both financially secure but there's a lot of shady stuff going on at the high limit heads up tables at UB, and the short handed big games. Most players will never encounter it at that end, but if you're looking to take a shot with big money I'd pick a place like Full Tilt.
