sure had a letdown in the second half - recievers never drop passes, but couldnt hang on in second half. qb got pressure first time this year, and a few "close calls" kept them off balance.

Auburn win had everything to do with this. they said the boise layers watched the game. Boise has been so dominant that they could take off every 4th quarters except vs virgina tech. The kicker wasnt used to that pressure. He proably hant had to kick a meaniful fg in a long time. The sad thing is oregon st might beat oregon and spurrier will try his damnest to knock off auburn.

That was my thinking too. Especially the way it happened in the Auburn game where Auburn came back and won it at the end. It's not uncommon for young kids to lose focus when the pressure is on.
