This video is so true.....this is why I say people who hype LeBron James up all the time and claim he is the best player in the game today really have no sense of basketball history or can appreciate true greatness. He is still a young child at heart. It's just his make up and his genes.

This kid isn't even top 75-80 of all time.

One day he might get it right who knows....but as of right now the only thing close to legendary we have is Kobe Bryant with Shaq and Tim Duncan not far behind. LeBron is light years away from ever being held in the same light as those three.

The kid has so much to do and so far to morph it's not even close.

Even Jordan (the GOAT) had the 2nd best player in the NBA on his team. And then when they signed Rodman they had one of the best rebounders/defenders in NBA history. The second best player on the Cavs was Mo freakin Williams? You dont with a NBA championship unless you have a big 3. Lebron chose a Championship over money and individual stats and awards and only someone who truly wants to win a championship would do that.

This video was very well made but its obviously fake.

The Magic Number is 4 championships in my opinion. If he gets 4, which granted, is a long ways away, he will be looked at as the greatest! Unless of course, Kobe gets his 6th, 7th, 8th, etc.

Pippen was NOT the second best player in the NBA. Pippen was a well rounded and talented player....but no way was he even CLOSE to even being a top 10 player in the NBA if it wasn't for Michael.

And this video also proves that pure talent and athletic wise....Kobe is the greatest the NBA has ever seen. Look at the last line of what I wrote. Not sure where you misunderstood me saying Kobe is better than MJ. Athletically Kobe is naturally better than Michael. Jordan himself will admit that. Jordan's work ethic, motivation and basketball IQ trumps Kobe pretty well however.

This is what I know....

1. Kobe is a better "face-up" player than MJ
2. Kobe is a better shooter as MJ wasn't necessarily known for his 3 making ability. And the majority of MJ's days were played when the 3 point line was 3 feet closer.

1. Jordan is a better back down player than KB. His posts moves for a guard, well, anyone for that matter, were extraordinary.
2. I would contend his work ethic and motivation were pretty equal, but you're right, his IQ is slightly better; although KB's has improved significantly.
3. Jordan is a better defensive player and more aggressive. He had the ability to lock down opponents (granted the talent was significantly diminished) at any given time.

I would also contend that they're pretty equal athletically. However, if they were to race, I would bet on Jordan to win. And in a vertical leap contest, I think Jordan would have a slight edge in his prime.

Nevertheless:

Lebron is the most athletic guard of all time; mainly faster and stronger than his predecessors. His size alone is an "Ace in the hole", but again, he's accomplished nothing significant (rings) compared to the previous two.

In conclusion, this debate could last a lifetime; never truly knowing the real answer (in relation to Jordan and Kobe). When Kobe's career is all said and done, we'll have a better picture in mind, as legacies are built on championships.

Without Pippen, Jordan would be nothing special. And anyone who can look past the facade of Michael Jordan realizes how idiotic his commericial is. Jordan is right he didnt quit because one of the best players in NBA history joined his team so this commericial makes 0 sense because it was nothing Jordan did, it was Pippen joining the team.

Weren't you creaming in your pants when Lefraud teamed up with GayWade? Didn't you say that they both were 2 top 5 players and Bosh was top 10? Then why do they suck monkey nuts? I think it goes to show that just being talented doesn't win you titles. Hell team USA couldn't get it done with these 3 guys and America's best players. Kobe and MJ both have a much higher work ethic than the BigLazy 3. Those guys just want to chill and bang chicks, not really win titles. LeCon shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as MJ.
