Anybody from the U.S. that signed up with VIP prior to their self-imposed cutoff date were grandfathered in sorta speak.

They sent me one of these a while back (for $200 not $500 though) After I had deposited they told me I did not qualify for the offer as I had a lifetime positive balance with them

Yea I made sure of that before i made the deposit, i think they are doing all they can to keep the old us cust happy for when they come back.

FWIW Trytrytry.... They offer Echeck withdraws to their U.S. clients. They also accept credit cards these days too I read just the other day.

Yes they do moneygram withdrawls, got one just this week, they also do eheck as said earlier for 15 dollars
