Is a Book Financially Stable If They Cant Pick Up Depositing Fees?

Just sent some money to bookmaker and they went to pick it up and it says it has a 12 hour hold on it. I have tried contacting ** and cant speak to a rep thru the automated service. Any ever have this happen or know a ** number I can call to speak to an agent

I was getting two different stories from both sides so I cancelled the transaction got a refund and put the balance on my prepaid credit card and deposited that way. I had to pay almost $40 in fees fack my life.

Well their agent was a real asshole and said that he couldnt see the deposit. He never even asked for the number, all he asked for was the destination where I sent the money. He said that the problem was between me and **.
